Welcome to Healthy Math!

Healthy Math is a website dedicated to children.

Our idea is that when children become more familiar with nutrition basics, many will make better food choices and be healthier.  The increased knowledge of the children is bound to trickle up to the parents.

Another part of our idea is that reading simple questions and connecting mathematics with the life of the child will make mathematics more interesting and important.

Also doing these units will cause the child  to improve in both reading and reasoning abilities.

The Daily Sugar Limit of 50 grams and Daily Fiber Goal of 25 grams are 2016 guidelines from the US Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Singapore Math units are a new feature!  Help children visualize some of the math.

Please try the units and spread the word to others. Your comments and feedback would be very helpful.
